I am a pretty new runner, only started last december, but have certainly got 'the bug' that all runners talk about! Lu Hi Lu, Agree with all comments here apart from Serena's NOR one If you are new to running and SOR there is Y' Striders which I attended for a bit and been meaning to get to for Thursday interval trining, but I do enjoy the WAMC interval training on Tuesdays too.I have am amazing running group here, and would love to join one over there - to run, socialize and meet new people (I dont know to many peeps in WA! Anyway keep in touch, I run / chat to at least 7-8 people from this site and I am sure they would love to have you along for some of the runs. This is a coached group that runs Monday & Thursdays NOR Tuesday & Thurs SOR (all 5.30pm except Thurs SOR 6am) and Saturday from UWA. I'm also a member of NSRG, Northern Suburbs Running Group.)Does anyone have a running group that they recommend in Perth? Mind you should ask your pace - we run mostly 6ish min km's for the longer runs eg over 20km. NOR = North of River SOR = South of River - you will here this alot when you get to Perth. We at NSRG have runs almost every day and are a very friendly and social group. If you decide to set up camp North of the River meet up with the Northern Suburbs Running Group ( org.au) They have interval sessions (Tuesday I think)..bailey and fun runs on Saturday and longer runs Sunday..check out their website its all there..COUNTRY NETWORK Country network is a national social organization offering friendship and support via networking, and social events to gay men across rural, regional and city Australia.Viv @ 0427 193 243 | Website | Email TRUE COLOURS SAFE SPACE BUNBURY A free, safe and inclusive space for young people to be open about sexuality and gender.
